Staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring every detail for the wedding was perfect! ! The grounds were picturesque, adding to the overall charm of the event.

Cleanliness issues impacted our stay, particularly with dirty carpets and a need for maintenance in several areas. Some dining experiences left much to be desired, especially with limited vegetarian options.

The outdated decor is pretty noticeable, especially in the rooms, which could use a fresh update. There were some cleanliness issues too, with dirty carpets affecting the overall feel. Bathroom maintenance is lacking. the shower had a leaky partition, which dampened the experience. the dining area can get cramped, leading to longer wait times during peak meal hours.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I loved the picturesque grounds, perfect for a family outing. the coffee served at breakfast could definitely use some improvement, as it wasn’t up to par with my expectations.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is a perfect base for exploring the area. We enjoyed the tree-lined parkland course with stunning views of the valley. Perfect for a mix of adventure and relaxation.

The towel rail in our room fell down on the first day and wasn't fixed during our stay.

Would recommend for a brief sojourn

Spacious room, friendly staff, with the receptionist on our first night going above and beyond to place us in a quieter room that offered a fantastic view, and the hotel features free Wi-Fi in public areas for easy connectivity.

Breakfast could definitely be improved.
